I am a contemporary painter based near Lake Constance, Germany. In my work, I explore subjects that inspire me and connect to my everyday life, often finding beauty in things that might otherwise go unnoticed.

For a long time, I struggled to find my subject. I never quite knew what I wanted to paint, and searching for a motif often left me feeling stressed and uncertain. Flowers changed that for me. Whenever I came across them, I felt the urge to capture them. They have remained my favourite subject ever since — the one I keep coming back to and feel a genuine need to paint. They also taught me to simply paint what fascinates me and what carries a personal memory or feeling.

My work moves between observation and abstraction. I experiment with colour, expressive brushstrokes, abstract elements and materials such as pearls or rings. For me, painting is about letting go of perfectionism, trusting the process and allowing myself to be guided by intuition.
